It’s truly a paradise down here!

Kim is originally from southwest indiana, she spent many years vacationing with family on Sanibel/Captiva and her parents eventually bought a snowbird Villa in Venice. She and her husband would vacation every year in Venice and knew that one day they would call Venice their home.

Kim began her 30-year career working for Bristol-Myers Squibb/Mead Johnson Nutrition where she held different positions within the company including Employee Benefits, Procurement/Purchasing, Facility Management and her last position was Global Research and Development reviewing contracts. She then transferred to Florida and began working with a new home construction company as a Front-End Lead and fell in love with the world of real estate. Kim obtained her Real Estate License and the rest is history.
