David Wadhams was born in June of 2002 in Englewood, Florida, where he has lived his entire life. Growing up in this vibrant community, David has gained a wealth of experience through a variety of jobs. After graduating high school, he worked as a diesel mechanic, building a strong foundation in technical skills. He also took on construction work to broaden his experience, also helping his grandmother manage her ice cream business.

Recently, David discovered his passion for real estate, embarking on a new career path that allows him to engage with his community in meaningful ways. In 2024, to deepen his connection to the area, he participated in Englewood Leadership, learning so much more about the community he grew up in.
