Beneva Oaks is known for mature, picturesque 110-year-old oak trees which adorn many of the properties within the community. There are two sections within this community, one which is non-gated and then the gated sections which has estate style homes. Beneva Oaks was built in the 1980’s and the community is popular dur to its central location to everything Sarasota has to offer, including shopping, dining, downtown, the arts, and the world-famous Siesta Key beach.
