Kristy LeBlanc was born and raised in Western Massachusetts. She is the proud parent of four children. As a woman with career aspirations and dedication to her children, she balanced her career with raising her children. In 1998, she took a part time job with a local supermarket, Big Y Foods, Inc. when her kids were young and with her dedication and drive, she was promoted through the ranks and eventually promoted to Store Director. She was one of four women out of 60 Store Directors in the company and is very proud of helping to “break that glass ceiling” in a market that was predominantly male. Leaving her role as Store Director, was an easy decision for Kristy as her husband was diagnosed with ALS, Lou Gehrig’s Disease after the summer of the Ice Bucket Challenge. When everyone including her husband was completing the challenge it was unbeknownst to them that he actually had the disease. After that summer, the following January they received his diagnosis. Kristy’s husband, Jan was a real estate attorney that owned his own title company. Over the years, she helped him with the marketing working with real estate agents and loan officers helping to provide his clients with World Class customer service as this was her specially in her role as a Store Director. When he was diagnosed with ALS, she left her role as Store Director and quickly learned the paralegal role while helping to find the other paralegals permanent jobs while the business was closing. When the business closed, Kristy and her husband moved to Germany, her husbands birth place as that is where his family lives. During this time she was able to travel Europe and immerse herself in the German culture. After the death of her husband, Kristy moved back to the states and briefly lived in Tampa, Florida. One weekend when visiting a seafood festival in Venice, Florida, she fell in love with the town and that weekend purchased a home. Kristy LeBlanc made the decision to follow her late husband’s legacy. Her customer service skills, as well as her leadership in marketing and sales led her to become a real estate agent at Keller Williams. She wants to help every customer with their home ownership dreams and destiny. Whether it be listing homes or helping buyers purchase homes, Kristy LeBlanc brings the trust, character and professionalism to you and makes you a part of her extended family.
