Born in Chicago, Illinois and growing up in Wisconsin and Minnesota, Ashley has had enough of the ice, snow and cold and has taken up permanent residence in sunny Southwest Florida. Ashley’s family has always been in real estate and property management, allowing for her experience to start at a young age.

After graduating high school in 2005, Ashley moved to Biloxi, Mississippi to manage apartment & storage complexes and other rental properties owned by her family. A few years and a few hurricanes later, Ashley moved back to Minnesota where she began managing homeowner associations and rental properties and became a licensed Minnesota real estate agent in 2014. Ashley moved to Rotonda West, Florida in May of 2021, after ultimately deciding that winter is worse than hurricanes, and now spends her free time in the pool or the Gulf, swimming with her dog, golfing with her fiancé, or exploring more of SWFL. Ashley still manages over 100 Minnesota rental properties remotely and became a licensed agent and Realtor in Florida in March of 2024.
