Frank “Chip” Hart was born in Raleigh, NC but has spent the majority of his adult life in Northern Virginia. He relocated to Southwest Florida in March 2020. Chip comes from a background of 35 years in Software Engineering and Banking with a Fortune 100 Financial Services company. He brings superior organizational skills, along with attention to detail to bear when working with his real estate clients.

Chip has led several multi-million dollar, customer facing technology efforts, and has earned real-life experience in how to exceed customer expectations. This experience, coupled with his extensive leadership training makes him uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers.

Chip is married and lives in North Port, Florida with his wife. He spends his free time playing golf, traveling, and doing home renovations.
